Sarah Mpapuluu

Researcher, Designer, Facilitator

Sarah Mpapuluu has six years of experience in research, user-centered
design, and social behavior change. Her work cuts across multiple sectors
such as health, WASH, youth development, and strategy. She specializes in
understanding local contexts and co-creating solutions for communities,
particularly vulnerable populations.

 

She has worked with several CSOs across Kenya in various capacities in
development support. She has worked with Amnesty International Kenya and
Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Rule of Law for Sub-Saharan Africa to facilitate
community engagement dialogues through film in Kilifi, Lamu and across
Nairobi.

 

She has recently worked with Tanzania Sustainable Development Platform to
facilitate sharing of insights on Adopting Mapping Methodology for CSOs in
Africa. Driven by a passion for leveraging design to address complex social
challenges, she is dedicated to making a lasting impact in communities.
She is currently part of the GRID team providing research and strategic
facilitation support to Mastercard Foundation on a long-term project working
to decolonize monitoring, evaluation and learning approaches in Africa.
